Nevertheless, at Leventon (“we” or “us”) we appreciate your trust when using our products and are committed to provide you with all the necessary information in the most transparent way. As we do not process your personal data, it would be inaccurate to refer ourselves as “the data controller”. However, we want you to know we are Leventon S.A.U, located at C/Newton 18-24, 08635, Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Barcelona, Spain.

The purpose of the app is merely to provide general information, characteristics and features about DOSI-FUSER® (our product) to healthcare professionals and patients. If you download and use the app, you will have free access to information of our product that we think would be useful for you, such as brochures, FAQs, videos, clinical guidelines, or instructions. That would be all. Thus, since there are no personal data involved and to be as much concise as possible, we think there is no point in explaining other legal requirements that do not apply in this case, making our privacy policy confusing or wordy. Of course, if you have any doubt or concern about privacy you can always contact us. Please, notice the following 2 situations:

• - We provide a link to a questionnaire: If you freely want to give us your opinion about the product, fulfil and send us the questionnaire, in this case we do collect your personal data. However, the Privacy Policy applying would be the general Privacy Policy of Leventon.
  
  
• - If you contact us either by phone or mail to solve any question not answered in the app FAQs section, we do collect your personal data. In the same way that in the previous situation, the Privacy Policy applying would be the general Privacy Policy of Leventon (see the previous link).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. As a result, we recommend that you check this Policy on a regular basis.
